Salesforce License Requirements
StoreConnect can be installed into any Salesforce Enterprise organisation. Each StoreConnect installation requires one dedicated Sales Cloud Enterprise licenses for exclusive use by the StoreConnect synchronisation user. No other licenses are required however Digital Engagement and Marketing Cloud is recommended to take full advantatge of your eCommerce store.
While we will work in best efforts with the customer to accommodate small changes or requests at our discretion, anything out of the above costs and fees are excluded and any change or additional work will require an additional change request and invoice to proceed. Additionally, the following exclusions apply:
■ We will not replicate every feature of your existing eCommerce website. Our solution provides a quick to install and easy to maintain application, and some features in your existing site outside of core StoreConnect functionality will require further custom development to be purchased.
■ Any internal management or staff training requirements.
■ Data clean up, de-duplication or collation of data from external systems, all provided information for the setup must be given in a format StoreConnect support personnel require.
■ Integration with any third party system.
■ Any license fees required outside of the explicit StoreConnect annual license fee.
■ Limitations on quantity in any item given above (such as 100 products) are given as maximums, not minimums. The intention of the maximum is to limit scope creep. In each case the number of items done will be completed in a single duration of time (usually a week or so) and cannot be done in bits and pieces up to the limit over a longer period.
■ Any unused scope items found to not be required during the installation are not refundable after the statement of work is approved.
