A StoreConnect team headed to Dallas, TX, to attend the Salesforce Education Summit over 12 and 13 April.

Educators from K-12 schools through to the largest universities attended this industry focused event. We were treated to local Dallas performers and some great Texan cuisine.

We met passionate educators who are looking to technology to increase learning outcomes, improve student retention and provide a more personalised and tailored student experience. Educators are doing more and more with less resources and Salesforce offers unparalleled solutions.

StoreConnect sponsored Education Summit for the first time and we had a huge response. We held a lunch and learn session for educators titled Simplify systems & increase enrolments with StoreConnect.

CEO of StoreConnect, Mikel Lindsaar, gave a live demo of StoreConnect’s functionality on the new Education Cloud showing educators and administrators how to save their staff time & frustration by providing a solution for their students and alumni and handle their websites, online enrolments, eCommerce, bookings and student activities all on one platform.

With continuing education a big topic, with the concept of life-long learning gaining traction with mature students, more streamlined online functionality is needed to service students from around the world who can readily access short courses, diplomas and degrees from universities they wouldn’t be able to physically attend.
