[With] StoreConnect … you don’t feel like a number. If you’d said to me 3 years ago before we started you were going to be running your website internally, I would have laughed at you.

Hi, it’s Danny from Beyond Plumbing Supplies. It’s uh been a little while since we’ve showed you around and the amount of stock as well that we have on the shelves.

The three of us. So Danny, Dean, and myself, we’d all been in the industry for a fair while. Two of us worked at major suppliers. I think after co a lot of people question, you know, what they’re doing in life. So we got together and thought, why not just give it a crack ourselves?

It starts off as we just wanted to be able to take an order, pack an order, and get paid for that order. That was as simple as we wanted it. And then you realize that it’s like, no, your business needs more layers to it for it to be efficient. So now we’ve sort of got like an ERP within Salesforce. So we’re trying to just make everything within the one system.

There’s a touch point for every person within the business, whichever part of the business they run. And then if you are on with Salesforce, store connect is the perfect fit.

We’re seeing instant success where we’re seeing people that jump on late at night and we come into an order the next day without even talking to these people. They jump on, they like our platform, they can buy from us then and there. We’ve grown significantly from when we started. We’ve more than doubled in sales, well and truly.

An order will print out there, pick a packet, we bang it in one of our Beyond Boxes, print out a label, gets picked up 4:30.

I think the reality is with whether you’re just, you know, going to buy a pair of shoes online or you’re a plumber wanting to buy your bits and pieces, you want a nice, easy experience.

I feel like we’ve learned across through the feedback of plumbers, but also as the evolution of store connecting things easier.

One of our owners at the moment, Danny, who does all the the registrations, his workload has gone down by 2/3. there was some clunky processes and so what we did is we introduced AI or agent force into our system guys are filling out the form in the background it’s searching their ABN it’s searching all their details are correct and then it’s giving them instant access into our website so they can shop then and there so it’s really lighten the workload internally as well
